A number of exports from Armenia to China will increase significantly

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 14, ARMENPRESS:The export volumes of brandy, agricultural products and tobacco products from Armenia to China are expected to increase greatly in the current year. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Tigran Sargsyan stated it at the course of the meeting with the representatives of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. Chou Lee leads the Chinese delegation.

The Department of Mass Media and Public Relations of the Government of the Republic of Armenia informed “Armenpress” that welcoming the guest in the Government, the Prime Minister stated: “Armenia attaches great importance to the development of relations with friendly China. It is one of the priorities in our country. We are glad that high leveled political relations have been established between the two countries”.

The Head of the Government of the Republic of Armenia stressed the importance of economic ties and noted that there is great potential for their expansion.

Chou Lee thanked for the reception and conveyed warm greetings of Chinese Prime Minister to Tigran Sargsyan. “You exert great efforts in the development of Armenian-Chinese relations and China highly appreciates it. Armenia is one of the most reliable partners of our country. And we attach great importance to the development and expansion of bilateral relations,” Chou Lee said turning to the Prime Minister.
