Amateur bike tournament to be held in Yerevan

YEREVAN, AUGUST 28, ARMENPRESS: An amateur bicycle tournament will be held in Yerevan for the first time. As Armenpress was reported by the organizer of the tournament, the President of the Federation of amateur cycling and bicycle tourism Arman Antonyan, more than 70 applications have been submitted for participation. “The tournament is being held for the first time and our objective is to develop the three directions of the bicycle sport in Armenia – the cycling sport, cycling tourism and the amateur cycling sport. We intend to organize the tournament for 3-4 times a year”, - emphasized Arman Antonyan.

The first Yerevan Cup bike tournament will be held in Vahakni Residential Community. It will be launched on September 1 at 18:00.
