Tigran Mukuchyan finds that Andrias Ghukasyan's tables prove transparent work of CEC

YEREVAN, MARCH 12, ARMENPRESS. During the March 12 session of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia the Chairman of the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Armenia Tigran Mukuchyan introduced information regarding the precincts, commissions, and a number of other issues about the presidential elections, which were held on February 18. As reports "Armenpress" Mukuchyan also introduced the re-count applications and their results.

Dwelling on the issue of the tables introduced by Andrias Ghukasyan to the Constitutional Court, Tigran Mukuchyan noted that there is no difficulty to envisage the tables. Among other things the Chairman of the Central Electoral Commission of the Republic of Armenia Tigran Mukuchyan emphasized: "Those tables themselves certify about the absolutely transparent activity of the Central Electoral Commission."

The Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia continues the joint examination of the applications submitted by former presidential candidates Raffi Hovannisian and Andrias Ghukasyan disputing N 62 A decision dated to February 25, 2013. Members of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Armenia Kim Balayan, Felix Tokhyan, and Ashot Khachatryan are the rapporteurs of the joint case. Legal consultant Karen Mezhlumyan and Zaruhi Posantjyan are Raffi Hovhannisian's representatives in the court. Andrias Ghukasyan represents his application by himself. The Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia Hrayr Tovmasyan and the Chairman of the Standing State and Legal Affairs Committee of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Davit Harutyunyan are Serzh Sargsyan’s authorized representatives.
