Serzh Sargsyan promised to create comfortable infrastructure for Noyemberyan residents

YEREVAN, JANUARY 29, ARMENPRESS: Presidential candidate Serzh Sargsyan had a meeting with Noyemberyan residents of Tavush region in frames of pre-election campaign on January 29. Armenpress reports, Sargsyan highlighted he was glad to visit Noyemberyan. “I visit regions and cities of the republic, present the main principals of my pre-elections program, listen to the voters which gives opportunity to accumulate ideas and create new viewpoint on previous program. I believe pre-election period is important not only for presenting the program but also to learn the opinion of people on developed programs,” Serzh Sargsyan said.

RPA candidate stressed the importance of continuous steps aimed at the improvement of medium-sized communities. “In some cases it’s hard for people to understand and define the way to develop their village, their community and what is also important to acknowledge real issues. I suggest working on their land, keeping cattle and developing agriculture instead of building factory in the village. For clear reasons here must be small productions. Each person should do its work and we will give a new impetus to it,” underlined presidential candidate.

“Often people see foreign comfortable infrastructure on TV and think that one day we will also have opportunity to live in such places. I cannot say that Noyemberyan will be like Switzerland in 5 or 10 years, therefore we’ll come to that point one day. First of all I mean improvement of living conditions,” Sargsyan clarified.

When referring to poverty issue he has noted it is not a shame for unable person not to work, it is a shame for the one who is able to work but rely on pensions and allowances. “Local authorities have an issue of multiplying their efforts. Human being must be at the heart of our activities. One of our priority issues is to promote creation of young families and birthrate,” added Serzh Sargsyan.

Serzh Sargsyan also answered questions of Noyemberyan voters which mainly referred to socio-economic reforms.
