Hrant Bagratyan: Serzh Sargsyan leaves for Kazan as a democrat president, unlike Ilham Aliev

YEREVAN, JUNE 22, ARMENPRESS:

Serzh Sargsyan unlike Ilham Aliev is going to Kazan as a democrat president, representative of the Armenian National Congress, former prime minister Hrant Bagratyan said at a news conference today, noting that the Armenian president goes as a president which is conducting dialogue with the opposition and Ilham Aliev is not.

"In Kazan Serzh Sargsyan may speak on behalf of the whole Armenian nation as it is conducting dialogue with the ANC", the speaker said. Continuing the topic Bagratyan noted that in case the ANC decides to have dialogue on the economic part, he is ready.
