Outgoing French Ambassador to Armenia holds farewell meeting with Syunik Governor

French Ambassador to Armenia Olivier Decottignies, who is completing his diplomatic mission in the country, paid a farewell visit to Syunik Province and met Governor Robert Ghukasyan in Kapan. The French Ambassador said this in a post on X.

“As my mission in Armenia draws to a close, I bid farewell in Kapan to Syunik Governor Mr Robert Ghukasyan. A friend of France and a partner of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, he embodies Syunik’s spirit of resilience,” Decottignies wrote.
