Investigative Committee Chairman meets Chinese ambassador

Investigative Committee Chairman Artur Poghosyan has held a meeting with Chinese Ambassador to Armenia Li Xinwei.
Chairman Poghosyan congratulated the Ambassador on his appointment and praised the “productive cooperation” between the law enforcement bodies of the two countries, according to a readout issued by the Investigative Committee.
Ambassador Li Xinwei expressed gratitude to Chairman Poghosyan for his contribution in developing the relations between the law enforcement bodies of the two countries.
The exploratory and educational visit of Investigative Committee staffers to China last year was also addressed, with Poghosyan describing it as a testament to the high level of cooperation.
The Ambassador emphasized the need for continuing the training courses, noting that such courses will soon be organized for all staffers at the Investigative Committee.
Poghosyan attached importance to the active cooperation within the framework of mutual legal support, emphasizing that all legal requirements have been fulfilled.
