Next section of delimitation to be decided at border commissions’ meeting – PM

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 23, ARMENPRESS. Armenia and Azerbaijan have exchanged proposals on the next section of delimitation, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has said.

“The delimitation commissions have mutually presented proposals on which section to continue the delimitation from,” Pashinyan said in an interview aired on Public Television. “Armenia presented its approach, Azerbaijan presented its approach. At the next meeting it will be decided in which section to continue the delimitation.”

Pashinyan said the Azeri authorities are now focused on COP29. “I assume, at least it is my understanding that after COP29 the processes will continue,” Pashinyan said.

The last meeting of the border delimitation commissions of the two countries took place on November 1.
