Moscow considers implementation of tripartite agreements as key to settling Azerbaijan-Armenia conflict

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 7, ARMENPRESS. Regarding the settlement of the conflict between Baku and Yerevan, Moscow believes it should be based on the tripartite agreements reached between Russia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan, Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov stated.

"We believe that the foundation for a comprehensive resolution of all these complex issues lies in the implementation of the well-known tripartite agreements between Azerbaijan, Armenia, and Russia," Ushakov said, commenting on the settlement of relations between Baku and Yerevan and Russia's positive role in this process.
