French ambassador praises EUMA for instilling confidence in border towns

YEREVAN, AUGUST 8, ARMENPRESS. French Ambassador to Armenia Olivier Decottignies has praised the EU Mission in Armenia (EUMA) for what he described as “instilling confidence” in the population of border towns.

“The EU Mission in Armenia continues its patrols along the military line of contact with Azerbaijan. The European observers’ presence instils confidence in this isolated and vulnerable population. The EU Mission is the tangible evidence that the world has not forgotten them,” the French Ambassador said on X, sharing a post by EUMA on its recent patrol.
