Armen Avakian appointed Executive Director of Development Foundation of Armenia

YEREVAN, MAY 5, ARMENPRESS. The regular session of the Board of Trustees of the DevelopmentFoundation ofArmenia (DFA) chaired by the Prime Minister of Armenia Karen Karapetyan took place on May 5.
As “Armenpress” was informed from the press service of the Government of Armenia, financial and activity reports of the DFA for 2016 were discussed and confirmed.
The Board accepted the resignation application of the acting Executive Director of the Foundation Karen Mkrtichian. He informed about his plans to establish his own consultative and investment company in Armenia and wished success to the staff of the foundation.
The Board of Trustees of the DFA discussed and unanimously voted for appointing Armen Avakian the Executive Director of the Foundation.
