State organizations to make procurements via Armeps e-system

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 3, ARMENPRESS. Due to the necessity of expanding the scope of clients using the e-procurement system, the Government amended a previously adopted decree.

Minister of Finance Vardan Aramyan noted that starting April 1, 2017, procurements will be carried out by the Armeps e-procurement system by organizations which are state-owned with more than 50 percent of shares, which will reduce bureaucracy and corruption risks.
