Pashinyan visits Akhtala to review collapsed bridge restoration

YEREVAN, JUNE 8, ARMENPRESS. Prime Minister Pashinyan, as part of his visit to Lori region, also visited Akhtala and got acquainted with the restoration work of the bridge that collapsed due to flooding, wrote Pashinyan on his Facebook page, attaching a video in which he talks to residents then he treats children with ice cream.

"The residents were provided with the necessary food and other essential items by the government," posted Pashinyan.

Residents thanked the Prime Minister for the quick restoration of the Akhtala bridge and support provided.

Nikol Pashinyan, in turn, said during a conversation with the residents of Akhtala that a new bridge is necessary to be built.

One of the residents told the Prime Minister that they were coordinating with Gnel Sanosyan, the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of Armenia, the issue of delivering food to the village.
