Simonyan loses semi-final bout, will compete for bronze at Junior Wrestling Championship

YEREVAN, AUGUST 30, ARMENPRESS. Armenia’s Sergey Simonyan has lost the semi final bout at the Junior World Wrestling Championship in Macon, France.

The Armenian Greco-Roman wrestler was defeated by Russia’s Vladislav Melnikov by 6:4.

Simonyan will compete for bronze in his upcoming bout.

Earlier Simonyan defeated Azerbaijan’s Z. Zeynalov and Italy’s Giovanni Fren.
