Former Nagorno-Karabakh army commander Lieutenant general Levon Mnatsakanyan arrested by Azerbaijan – report

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 29, ARMENPRESS. Former commander of the Nagorno-Karabakh Defense Army Lieutenant general Levon Mnatsakanyan has been arrested by Azerbaijani authorities at the illegal checkpoint in Lachin Corridor, according to the Russian state news agency TASS, which cited an unnamed source close to the general.

Mnatsakanyan commanded the Defense Army in 2015-2018.
