UNICEF Representative in Armenia visits humanitarian center in Kornidzor

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 26, ARMENPRESS. UNICEF Representative in Armenia Christine Weigand, together with Human Rights Defender Anahit Manasyan, on September 26 visited the Humanitarian Center in Kornidzor, the location where forcibly displaced persons from Nagorno-Karabakh are met and registered.

Weigand and Manasyan observed the registration process of the arriving forcibly displaced persons and talked with the personnel, including health workers, the Human Rights Defender’s Office said in a statement.

Manasyan reiterated that the protection of the rights of the forcibly displaced persons from Nagorno-Karabakh is in her direct focus.
