Renowned British surgeon Prof. Steven Jeffrey to help treat victims of NK fuel depot blast

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 26, ARMENPRESS. Prof.Steven Jeffrey, a renowned British military doctor and Professor at the Birmingham University and his team will join Armenian burns specialists to treat the victims of the September 25 fuel depot explosion in Nagorno-Karabakh.
Armenia’s Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Narek Mkrtchyan on September 26 discussed with Jeffrey the humanitarian consequences of the explosion.
In cooperation with the Minister of Healthcare Anahit Avanesyan, Steven Jeffrey was briefed on the volume of the medical services rendered to the victims.
Prof.Steven Jeffrey and his team visited Armenia also during the 2020 war and helped Armenian doctors perform difficult surgeries.
