Armenia’s first medevac operation airlifts critically injured victims of fuel depot blast from Nagorno-Karabakh

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 26, ARMENPRESS. The first Armenian helicopter transporting victims of the September 25 fuel depot blast in Nagorno-Karabakh has landed in Sisian, the healthcare ministry said in a statement.

The patients will be taken to hospitals in Yerevan for treatment.

At least 20 people were killed and over 290 were wounded in the September 25 fuel depot explosion in Nagorno-Karabakh.

On September 26, Armenia sent an air ambulance to airlift the victims.
