President Sargsyan attends opening ceremony of “Astana Expo-2017”

YEREVAN, JUNE 9, ARMENPRESS. President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan, who is on a working visit in Kazakhstan, attended the official opening ceremony of “Astana Expo-2017” themed “Future Energy” together with the heads of delegations of other countries and the President of the host country Nursultan Nazarbayev on June 9, “Armenpress” was informed from the press service of the Armenian President’s Office.

Before that the Armenian President had visited the exposition complex, after which he visited the architectural symbol of the AstanaEXPO-2017 Nur Alempavilion near which all the national pavilions are located in the same distance.

The participant countries present the best technologies of energy saving at the exposition on alternative energy sources and “green” technologies and the latest developments on the use of alternative energy sources.

A reception will be given in the evening on the occasion of the opening of the exposition.
