President Sargsyan receives OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier

YEREVAN, MAY 30, ARMENPRESS. President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan received OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier on May 30, who has arrived in Armenia to discuss the opportunities and prospects of continuing Armenia-OSCE cooperation.

As “Armenpress” was informed from the press service of the Armenian President’s Office, the President of the Republic greeted the guest and highly appreciated his cooperation with Armenia as the Secretary General of the OSCE.

Seretary General Lamberto Zannier expressed regret for the suspension of the mandate of the OSCE Office in Yerevan, noting that anyway the organization is ready and interested in continuing cooperation with Armenia.

The interlocutors spoke about Armenia’s involvement in all the platforms of activities of the OSCE with satisfaction, and discussed the ways of deepening and expanding the partnership in other formats.

Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement process in the auspices of the OSCE Minsk Group was also touched upon at the meeting.
