President Sargsyan departs for France on official visit

YEREVAN, MARCH 7, ARMENPRESS. President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan on March 7 departed for France on an official visit, press service of the President’s Office told “Armenpress”.

Within the framework of the visit, the President will hold meetings with the highest leadership of France - President François Hollande, President of Senate Gérard Larcher, President of the National Assembly Claude Bartolone, Mayor of Paris Anne Hidalgo, and with the Secretary General of the International Organization of Francophonie Michaëlle Jean.

A number of documents aimed at strengthening the bilateral ties and deepening the mutual cooperation will be signed based on the results of Armenian-French high-level talks.

In Paris, President Sargsyan will meet with the French business circles, the Armenian community representatives of Europe.

Serzh Sargsyan will also visit Lyon where he will have a meeting with Mayor of the city Gérard Collomb.
