Serzh Sargsyan attends launch of Armenian high-quality tech production

YEREVAN, APRIL 23, ARMENPRESS. Serzh Sargsyan visited the “Cascade” holding of the “Tashir” group today, to participate in the opening of a new high-quality technological production. The President was also presented the reforms of the “Electric Networks of Armenia”, the development program and results.

As “Armenpress” was informed by the Department of Public Relations and Mass Media of the Presidential Administration, Serzh Sargsyan convened a consultation with ENA owner Samvel Karapetyan, Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Levon Yolyan, Public Services Regulatory Commission Chairman Robert Nazaryan about the project and development of production.

The first phase of the ENA project is modernization of the distributing networks, optimization of the company’s financial activities, and strengthening of the ENA’s financial-economic control.

Total investments amount 20 million AMD. According to the project, 500 jobs will be created.

Production of various electronic machines and equipments will be carried out.
