Serzh Sargsyan sends congratulatory telegram to Iranian President and Supreme Leader on the occasion of Nowruz

YEREVAN, MARCH 20, ARMENPRESS. President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan sent a congratulatory telegram to the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Hassan Rouhani and theSupreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Seyyed AliKhamenei on the occasion of Iranian new year, Nowruz.
