Ambassador of Iran is optimist about future of Armenian-Iranian relations

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 22, ARMENPRESS. Minister of Diaspora of the Republic of Armenia Hranush Hakobyan received AmbassadorExtraordinary and Plenipotentiaryof Iranto ArmeniaMohammad Raisi, who finishes his diplomatic mission in our country. As “Armenpress” was informed from Ministry press service, greeting the ambassador, the Minister highly appreciated his contribution in the sphere of Armenian-Iranian relations and expressed her gratitude for the support in implementation of projects and other initiatives with the Armenian community in Iran in collaboration with the Ministry during his tenure.

“I am happy and grateful for the effective cooperation and sincere treatment that you have shown towards Armenia and Armenians”, the minister mentioned, expressing confidence that his skills will contribute to the development of Armenian-Iranian relations in the future.

Expressing his gratitude to the minister for cordial words and appreciation, the ambassador Mohammad Raisi said that he has great respect and love towards Armenian people and he is happy for having an opportunity to serve the two friendly countries and strengthening their relations. He mentioned that he is optimist about the future of Armenian-Iranian relations, as it has a great potential and it is based on the experience of centuries.
