Demand of Catholicosate of Great House of Cilicia voiced in Sis Catholicosate

YEREVAN, AUGUST 24, ARMENPRESS. On August 22 the delegation of the Catholicosate of the Great House of Cilicia left for the Sis Catholicosate with the blessing of His Holiness Aram I, Catholicos of Catholicosate of the Great House of Cilicia. Armenpress was informed from the Catholicosate of the Great House of Cilicia that requiem service was carried out in Sis for the blessed souls of deceased patriarchs since the foundation of the Armenian Catholicosate in Sis in 1293-1915. Then the message of Aram I was read: for the first time in 100 years a Patriarchal message addressed to the Armenian nation was heard in Sis Catholicosate ruins. His Holiness referred to the Armenian Genocide in his message and the exile of Sahak Catholicos and his demand of the rights of the Armenians.
