Committee of Educational Affairs calls Knesset to recognize Armenian Genocide

YEREVAN, JULY 8, ARMENPRESS. The Committee of Educational Affairs of the legislative body of Israel called the Knesset to recognize the Armenian Genocide. “Armenepress” received the information from the official website of the Hay Dat Central Council. The Committee applied to the Government of Israel with the same call, assigning the representative of the Ministry of Education to extend the study on the Armenian Genocide and the courses about it.

Georgette Avagyan, the representative of the Jerusalem Committee of Hay Dat gave a speech during the 1.5 hour discussion in the Committee
