Armenian PM won’t interfere in mayoral elections in Artashat

YEREVAN, 20 MAY, ARMENPRESS.Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Hovik Abrahamyanassures that he won’t be interfering in the mayoral elections in Artashat in which his son, Argam Abrahamyan is running. During a press conference at the National Assembly, the Prime Minister mentioned that his son had asked for his advice about running in the elections in Artashat.

“He simply told me he had received an offer and asked me for my advice as a father and as Prime Minister. I told him it’s a task that requires hard work and responsibility and that it’s also a hard and honorable task,”the Prime Minister emphasized, as “Armenpress” reports. Hovik Abrahamyan added that he had told his son that he wasn’t going to interfere in the elections.
