YEREVAN, 31 MARCH, ARMENPRESS. The Board of Trustees of the Development Foundation of Armenia held today its first session, which was chaired by Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Hovik Abrahamyan. The Foundation was established by the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of 18 December 2014 by means of reorganization through conglomeration of the Foundation for Industrial Development and the National Competitiveness Foundation of Armenia.
As the Department of Information and Public Relations of the Government of the Republic of Armenia reports to “Armenpress”, according to the approved agenda, the participants of the session discussed and approved the structure, staff, as well as the procedure of remuneration of employees and the budget for 2015 of the Development Foundation of Armenia. Summing up ideas that were exchanged, the Prime Minister assigned to re-edit and modify with the documents that were discussed by giving comments and suggestions.
The Board of Trustees also approved the nomination of acting executive director Arman Khachatryan in the office of executive director of the Development Foundation of Armenia by a majority of votes.
