Armenian-Georgian cooperation continues to grow in an atmosphere of full mutual confidence

YEREVAN, 16 FEBRUARY, ARMENPRESS. Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Hovik Abrahamyan received the delegation led by Speaker of the Parliament of Georgia Davit Usupashvili who is on an official visit to Armenia.

As the Department of Information and Public Relations of the Government of the Republic of Armenia reports to “Armenpress”, greeting the guests, the Prime Minister mentioned that the year 2014 was a year of achievements for Armenian-Georgian relations and was a year during which there were many high-level reciprocal visits. The Prime Minister recalled with satisfaction the fact that agreements on the development and deepening of the Armenian-Georgian cooperation were signed during his official visit to Georgia in late 2014. The head of government emphasized the signing of the agreement on construction of the new Sadakhlo-Bagratashen Bridge. Hovik Abrahamyan and Davit Usupashvili stressed the fact that the Armenian-Georgian cooperation continues to grow in an atmosphere of full mutual confidence, which is the guarantee for further development and strengthening of Armenian-Georgian relations. In that context, the sides touched upon the opportunities for further development and expansion of cooperation in different sectors.
