YEREVAN, JANUARY 26, ARMENPRESS: The President of France François Hollande will lead the annual dinner of the local Co-ordination Council of Armenian organizations of France (CCAF) to be held on January 28 in Paris, during which an official launch will be given to the Armenian Genocide centenary events program 2015. The Chairman of the Co-ordination Council of Armenian organizations of France Mourad Papazian told Armenpress about it. The dinner will be attended by the highest political elite of France – ministries, deputies, Paris Mayor, the President’s advisors and Office staff, as well as French intellectuals, journalists and lawyers.

“Today we know that the event will be attended by the Minister of Interior Affairs BernardCazeneuve and the French Secretary of State for European Affairs Harlem Désir. Certainly, issues related to the centenary of the Armenian Genocide, the recognition of the Genocide by Turkey and compensation, French Armenians, Armenia-France relations, as well as the visit of the President of France François Hollande on April 24 2015 will be discussed”, - said Papazian. Hollande was said to be in Armenia on April 24 2015 to commemorate the innocent victims of the Armenian Genocide along with the Armenian nation.

“This is a sign of serious support. It will mean that France is next to the Armenian people, Armenian Cause and Armenia”, - said Papazian.
