Special project of “Armenpress” awards with “Book Friend” price

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 26, ARMENPRESS. The special project “Yerevan bestseller” of “Armenpress” News Agency has been awarded with “Book Friend” price for unbiased and best introduction of book and literature. “Armenpress” News Agency has also been awarded with “Book Friend” price for the best reaction upon book and literature.

The Director of the agency Aram Ananyan regarded the award as obligating noting that when “Yerevan bestseller” project was emerging, there was confidence that it will have a long life. “Unfortunately we live in an environment where literature and human being of literature are the most vulnerable, and in this respect we feel our mission to preach the culture, our literature, which is actually good, to introduce both reading and book sales to the world, public,” Aram Ananyan said.

““Yerevan bestseller” makes us happy as we have a word teller literature; we have very decent young writers. On the other hand, the indexes of the book sale are low,” the director of the agency added.
