Yerevan, July 21, ARMENPRESS: The president of the National Assembly of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Ashot Ghulyan sent a congratulatory message to Bako Sahakyan for being re-elected as a president of the Republic of Artsakh in the July 19 presidential elections; “Armenpress” was informed by the NKR NA press service.
The message particularly reads: “Dear Bako Sahakyan, on behalf of the NKR National Assembly I warmly congratulate you on being re-elected in the Artskh Republic President’s high position. The July 19 national election results once again confirm that you continue to enjoy our people’s confidence as a state and political figure. It is the result of the successes recorded in our country’s all spheres of life.
I am confident that in the next five years you will continue to realize all the goals running in your electoral program for the benefit of the Artskh people’s welfare.
