YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 29, ARMENPRESS: Former IBF middleweight world champion, Armenian boxer Arthur Abraham was defeated by British Carl Froch with 0:3 score. All the three referees gave preference to Froch (120:8, 120:8, 120:9).
This competition was conducted within the framework of the third round of the of “Super Six World Boxing Classic” boxing international tournament and was a fight for the vacant WBC World Super Middleweight (168 lbs) Title.
Commenting on his defeat, Arthur Abraham briefly said, “Carl Froch was stronger”.
