UK Minister of State for Defence visits Vazgen Sargsyan Military Academy

The Minister of State for Defence of the United Kingdom, Lord Vernon Coaker, visited the Vazgen Sargsyan Military Academy of the Armenian Ministry of Defense, the defense ministry said.

During the visit, the Minister of State for Defence was briefed on the structure of the academy, its educational programs. Lord Coaker toured the academy’s museum and familiarized himself with the classrooms, training centers and educational environment.

The British Embassy earlier announced that Coaker will open the UK’s first permanent Defence Section in Yerevan.
