The Ambassador of France to Armenia, Olivier Decottignies, congratulated Armenia on receiving the EU Visa Liberalization Action Plan.
“Congratulations to Armenia for taking a decisive step toward visa liberalization with Europe,” the Ambassador said in a post on X.
Johannes Luchner, Deputy Director-General at the Directorate-General for Migration and Home Affairs of the European Commission, handed over the EU-Armenia Visa Liberalization Action Plan to Minister of Internal Affairs Arpine Sargsyan on November 5.
