Russian President Vladimir Putin has met with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Dushanbe.
As Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said before the Kremlin hopes that the two heads of state will "discuss the current state of bilateral relations and address existing issues," Tass reported.
The previous full-scale meeting between Putin and Aliyev took place in October 2024 on the sidelines of the CIS Heads of State Council meeting.
