Armenian Prime Minister congratulates Moldovan President on parliamentary election victory

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan congratulated Moldovan President Maia Sandu on her victory in the parliamentary elections.

 “I warmly congratulate Maia Sandu & people of Moldova on the occasion of the results of parliamentary elections & strong dedication to advancing the European future of the country,” the PM said in a post on X.

According to preliminary results of the parliamentary elections held in Moldova on September 28, pro-European Union Party of Action and Solidarity (PAS) had 50.2 percent of the vote, while the pro-Russian Patriotic Electoral Bloc had 24.2 percent.
