2024 saw Armenia’s recognition of the State of Palestine and establishment of diplomatic relations.
On September 27 in New York Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan and Prime Minister of the State of Palestine Mohammad Mustafa signed the joint communiqué on the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Armenia and the State of Palestine.
In 2024 Armenia opened a resident Embassy in Uruguay, a diplomatic office in Luxembourg and a diplomatic office in Serbia.
Decisions were made to open resident embassies of the Republic of Armenia in Cyprus and Hungary.
The Resident Embassy of Cyprus was opened in Yerevan.
