YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 26, ARMENPRESS. Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia Narek Mkrtchyan has met in New York City with Libra Group Executive Chairman George Logothetis and his wife, Director of Seleni Institute Nitzia Logothetis.
The meeting focused on the expansion of the circle of cooperation: the importance of the continuity of joint work was underscored in the direction of developing professional capacity of youth, creating internship opportunities for students abroad, as well as exchange of the best experience.
Minister Mkrtchyan and George Logothetis also discussed the details of a jointly implemented program which enables Armenian students to obtain work experience in the United States and other countries in Libra Group companies.
Libra Group’s 20 operating entities include businesses across six continents, in six sectors: Aerospace, renewable energy, hotels and hospitality services, real estate, maritime, and diversified investments.
Mkrtchyan attached importance to the participation of TUMO Center for Creative Technologies students in the Concordia Summit as a result of the joint work.
The sides agreed to continue discussions to ensure the efficiency of the ongoing projects, as well as in the direction of implementing Concordia Armenia.
