YEREVAN, AUGUST 20, ARMENPRESS. The Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Suren Papikyan on Tuesday visited the N military unit of the Ministry of Defense.
The Defense Minister first inspected the newly built and partially operational military camp of the battalion on combat duty, the defense ministry has said.
Papikyan oversaw the inspection conducted at the start of the training phase, spoke with conscripts, and answered their questions.
Following this, the Defense Minister toured the military camp and observed the ongoing construction work. Governor of Gegharkunik Province, Karen Sargsyan, also participated in the tour.
