According to Tigran Balayan, Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Belgium and Head of the Representation of the Republic of Armenia in the European Union, the regime of President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan is once again trying to turn reality upside down by accusing the Armenian side of refusing the meeting.
"As usual the Aliyev regime propaganda uselessly tries to turn the reality upside down. Armenia has suggested and still ready to organize a meeting between Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President at the European Political Community Summit," the Ambassador has posted.
