Olivier Decottignies’s congratulatory address on Constitution Day

YEREVAN, JULY 5, ARMENPRESS. French Ambassador to Armenia Olivier Decottignies congratulated Armenia on the occasion of the Constitution Day. Decottignies has said in a post on X.

The message reads as follows:

“The Republic of Armenia is a sovereign, democratic, social and legal state. This July 5 marks the 29th anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of independent Armenia.”
