BREAKING: French lawmakers to introduce resolution sanctioning Azerbaijan for aggression against Armenia

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 28, ARMEENPRESS. Lawmakers from theRenaissance group of the National Assembly of Franceare planning to adopt a resolution which envisages certain sanctions against Azerbaijan, will condemn the Azeri aggression against Armenia and will call upon Azerbaijan to return occupied Armenian territories and return to negotiations, French lawmakers visiting Armenia told their counterparts at a meeting in Yerevan, the Armenian parliament’s press service reported.

French legislators Guillaume Kasbarian, Anne-Laurence Petel, Luc Lamirault, Mohamed Laquila and Sarah Tanzilli informed about the initiative during a meeting withrepresentatives of the Armenian Parliament’s Armenia-France Friendship Group.
