Yerevan City Council to discuss appointing former deputy PM Avinyan as Vice Mayor at emergency session

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 22, ARMENPRESS. The Yerevan City Council will convene an emergency session on September 23 to discuss the issue of appointing former deputy prime minister and the member of the board of the Civil Contract party Tigran Avinyan as Deputy Mayor of Yerevan.

The confirmation hearingmust have taken place on September 13, but it was cancelled because of the latest incidents on the border.
