President of Artsakh to address the nation on September 19

STEPANAKERT, SEPTEMBER 17, ARMENPRESS. President of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan will address the nation on September 19, the Artsakh government said.

During the address, the President of Artsakh will also answer questions sent by citizens.
