Armenian President congratulates Artsakh counterpart on birthday

YEREVAN, AUGUST 30, ARMENPRESS. President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian sent a congratulatory letter to President of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan on his birthday, the Armenian President’s Office told Armenpress.

The letter runs as follows:

“Dear Mr. President,

Accept my sincere congratulations and warm wishes on your birthday anniversary.

Artsakh is creating the history of its fight, freedom and sovereignty for over a quarter century by establishing and strengthening public administration and democratic institutions. More than one decade of this period belongs to the period of your tenure as the President of Artsakh when the Artsakh Armenian republic continues to fully develop and prosper in one historical part of the Armenian world.

Your have served your experience, reputation and skills to solve with dignity the complex situations for Artsakh also before that, both during the years of the Artsakh liberation fight and war and holding different state positions. And serving as President of Artsakh for two terms with the trust vote of the people confidently proves that you have achieved success.

Let this success always accompany you in all state and national initiatives and personal life.
