Serzh Sargsyan visits PM Andranik Margaryan’s tomb for anniversary of death

YEREVAN, MARCH 25, ARMENPRESS. Former President of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan has paid tribute to the late PM Andranik Margaryan (in office 2000-2007) at the Komitas Pantheon in Yerevan, where the latter is buried.

Sargsyan was accompanied by senior members of his Republican Party (HHK).

Andranik Margaryan’s son Taron, the former Mayor of Yerevan, was also in attendance.

Former Defense Minister, HHK Vice President Vigen Sargsyan, HHK Vice President Armen Ashotyan, former Minister of Justice Davit Harutyunyan, former Speaker of Parliament Galust Sahakyan and others accompanied Sargsyan.

Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan died in office from heart attack on March 25th, 2007.
