Serbia reiterates intent to open embassy in Armenia

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 17, ARMENPRESS. President Armen Sarkissian held a meeting with Serbian counterpart Aleksandar Vučić on February 17 in Germany on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference, Sarkissian’s Office said.

“The presidents concurred that the centuries-old Armenian-Serbian relations, the historic and cultural similarities of the two peoples and common values create good basis for the development of collegial cooperation in different sectors”, Sarkissian’s Office said in a news release.

President Vučić also reiterated Serbia’s intention to open an embassy in Armenia.
