U.S. Intelligence Community addresses NK conflict in 2019 Worldwide Threat Assessment

YEREVAN, JANUARY 30, ARMENPRESS. The Intelligence Community of the United States has delivered its 2019 Worldwide Threat Assessment report to the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence.

The report was presented by Director of National Intelligence Daniel R. Coats.

The report also mentions the Nagorno Karabakh conflict.

“Tension between Armenia and Azerbaijan over the Nagorno-Karabakh region remains a potential source for a large-scale military conflict that might draw in Russia”, the report (statement for the record) says in a brief mention.
