OSCE MG Co-Chairs to clarify situation in conflict zone during upcoming regional visit

YEREVAN, JUNE 8, ARMENPRESS. OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs Ambassadors Igor Popov (Russia), Stéphane Visconti (France) and Richard Hoagland (USA) plan to clarify the situation in the Karabakh conflict zone during their June 10 visit to Armenia, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova told reporters, Armenpress reports.

She said according to the earlier reached agreement the Co-Chairs in Armenia will meet with President Serzh Sargsyan, Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian and Defense Minister Vigen Sargsyan.

Within the frames of the visit relevant issues relating to Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement will be discussed. The Co-Chairs will also visit Nagorno Karabakh.

Zakharova informed that the Co-Chairs will visit Baku a week later. Based on the visit results respective statement will be released at the OSCE website.
